These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aqinode.click, and the products, platforms, and technology services operated by AqiNode ("products", "services"). AqiNode is a technology company that conceives, builds, launches, operates, and evolves its own products, including those listed on aqinode.click/products. By using the website or any AqiNode product, you agree to these Terms.
Individual products may present additional product-specific terms at the point of use. Where product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will generally control for that product.
1. About AqiNode
AqiNode is a multi-product technology company. Our primary work is building and operating a portfolio of software products, platforms, AI systems, developer tools, and intelligent systems, from initial concept through launch, iteration, and scale.
Products currently in the ecosystem include Webyte AI, the AI Website Developer that understands your business (Web Infra, On Build), StraightLine, live queues in 10 seconds (Organization, On Build), and Aven, assignment management for modern education (EdTech, On Build). Other products under the AqiNode umbrella may be referenced as they launch. Each product's description on /products is the source of truth for what it does today.
AqiNode may also collaborate with external organizations or provide specialized technology work where it aligns with our capabilities and strategy. That collaboration is secondary, products first, services second. This site is not an agency brochure.
2. Using AqiNode Products
Use our website and products only for lawful, responsible purposes and in accordance with any product-specific rules shown in the product. You agree not to:
- Use products for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Abuse, harass, or harm others through the products
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, products, or infrastructure
- Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or degrade any product or its host systems
- Introduce or distribute malware or malicious code
- Reverse-engineer where prohibited by applicable law or product terms
- Circumvent security controls, authentication, or access restrictions
- Interfere with the availability or performance of any product
- Scrape or extract data at scale without permission or in violation of rate limits and policy
- Misuse APIs, for example, ignoring rate limits, documentation, or access controls
- Abuse AI systems, for example, to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful outputs
- Use products to facilitate harmful or unlawful activity
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, products, or infrastructure, or to meet legal obligations.
3. Product Availability
AqiNode is actively developing and evolving its portfolio. Products may change, gain features, lose features, be redesigned, enter or leave beta, be temporarily unavailable, be discontinued, or be replaced by newer systems.
We do not promise permanent availability of any product or feature. Where a product you rely on is changing in a material way, we will communicate as reasonably practical through the product or site.
4. Beta & Experimental Products
Some AqiNode products may be released as experimental, beta, preview, alpha, or early-access. These releases help us learn quickly with real users.
Experimental products may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, performance issues, or significant changes between versions. They may not provide the same reliability as mature products. If you use an experimental product, you understand it is provided in that spirit, useful, but still evolving.
5. Accounts
Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current information
- Protecting your credentials and keeping them confidential
- Keeping account information up to date
- Not sharing access where prohibited by product terms
- Not using another person's account without authorization
We may restrict or disable accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security violations, or violations of these Terms or product-specific rules.
6. AI Products
Some AqiNode products use artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems. These are powerful but imperfect, output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected, even when it sounds confident.
- Review important AI outputs independently before acting on them
- AI output should not automatically be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice
- Do not rely solely on AI for decisions where accuracy, safety, or compliance matters
We do not claim that AI outputs are guaranteed to be accurate. Product-specific documentation may describe how a particular AI feature is intended to be used.
7. APIs & Developer Products
Where AqiNode provides APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or integrations, your use may be subject to:
- Rate limits and usage quotas
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Changes to functionality, endpoints, or documentation over time
- Suspension or restriction for abuse, security reasons, or misuse
- Product-specific API terms presented with the product
We do not promise indefinite backward compatibility for any API. Where a material breaking change is planned, we will provide reasonable notice through the product's normal channels where practical.
8. Intellectual Property
AqiNode and its licensors retain rights to:
- AqiNode branding, logos, and product names
- Product interfaces, software, source code, and infrastructure
- Documentation, designs, and original technology
- Other proprietary materials we create
You receive only the rights explicitly granted to you through the applicable product or service terms. Third-party technologies, such as open-source libraries, frameworks, fonts, and APIs, remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. User Content
Some products allow you to submit text, images, files, code, data, prompts, or other content. You retain whatever rights you already have in that content.
You grant AqiNode only the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the relevant product, for example, to store, process, display, or transmit your content as needed to provide the feature you requested, unless product-specific terms state otherwise. We do not claim ownership of your content.
10. Third-Party Services
AqiNode products may depend on third-party providers such as:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting
- APIs and AI model providers
- Authentication, payment, storage, and communication systems
- Analytics and developer infrastructure
Our actual website implementation is minimal, Sabilytics for privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies), Cloudflare CDN for Font Awesome icons, and Google Search Console verification, and no payment, Supabase, Firebase, Sentry, or newsletter providers are active on this site. Where a specific product introduces additional providers, that product's documentation will call out the material dependencies. We cannot guarantee that any third-party service will remain available indefinitely.
11. Payments & Subscriptions
Some AqiNode products may be free, experimental, paid, subscription-based, or usage-based. Product-specific pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and usage terms, where applicable, will be presented with that product at the point of purchase or sign-up.
We do not invent specific pricing or refund policies here. Refer to the relevant product's terms for the details that apply to that product.
12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect our products and infrastructure, including access controls, secure hosting practices, and monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You must not attempt to compromise AqiNode systems or other users' accounts, or to probe our infrastructure in a manner that could harm availability or security.
13. Disclaimers
Products are provided subject to their applicable terms and availability. We do not promise zero downtime, perfect reliability, perfect accuracy, permanent availability, absolute security, or guaranteed business outcomes. Experimental features are especially subject to change.
Website and product content is not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice unless explicitly stated.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AqiNode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the website or products.
This may include loss of:
- Data
- Revenue or profits
- Business opportunities
- Business continuity
Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a product where reasonably necessary, including for Terms violations, security threats, abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or operational necessity. Where practical, we will provide appropriate notice through the product or via contact information you have provided.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless product-specific terms provide otherwise. Where a dispute arises, we encourage good-faith discussion and reasonable attempts to resolve the matter before formal proceedings, where legally appropriate.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms as our products, business, technology, or legal obligations evolve. When we make material revisions, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated Terms for subsequent use.
